After battling with the many symptoms of my autoimmune diseases and seeing how foods affected my body, I set out on a mission to change my eating habits one food at a time. If you have any type of autoimmune disorders or constant inflammation, you must know that healing starts in the gut and eating the right foods is important to repairing your body the way it is intended to do.
