After battling with the many symptoms of my autoimmune diseases and seeing how foods affected my body, I set out on a mission to change my eating habits. If you have any type of autoimmune disorders or constant inflammation, you must know that eating the right foods is important to healing your body naturally.
Being a busy mom and business woman I don’t have the time to spend countless hours in the kitchen so many of these dishes are quick and simple recipes yet delicious.
I strive to make better and healthier choices by choosing powerful foods that are as close to nature as possible with many healing properties. Hope you too will enjoy these delicious recipes.
Pink Pineapple Smoothie
Pineapple, Blueberry, Carrot Smoothie
All the lunch meats I use are Boars head deli meats. They are gluten free and much healthier to eat. This is the only brand I have been able to eat without getting flareups. However, if you do not have an autoimmune disease then you can use any deli meat if you so desire.
I rarely eat cheese since it’s hard for me to digest it, but on occasions when I want a small piece on my sandwiches, I use Boars head black waxed cheddar.
