Labor Day is the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers.
It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.
This is a day that families gather with friends and loved ones for picnics, a day at the beach or local events. It’s a day to spend quality time with those you love the most so please take the time to practice safety.
During these special holidays, also take note it’s a day where accident rates are at it’s highest. And, if you are one who wishes to drink, please take the necessary steps in choosing a sober designated driver to keep everyone on the roads safe, including your family.
