Recently I woke up screaming with a severe charlie horse in my leg. It’s been so long since I have had one and realized I forgot to do my calf stretches for the last two days. That partly was because I was feeling a little sick and exercising came second to me being sick.

Calf raises and stretches are one exercise that I can not go without. It’s great for anyone dealing with locked ankles, charlie horses and it also sculpts your legs so beautifully. 

Above is a quick video I made showing you how to do calf raises and stretches.  If you’re on your feet all day long these exercises feel so good and keeps your muscles from tightening up on you.
