Most of us reach a point in our lives where we are either too tired of our workouts, bored or non-motivated to get up and move. I don’t want you to be one of these folks that will just sit and wait for your day to come. I want you to have a purpose in life so you can live a long fruitful life. God put each one of us on this earth with a purpose. You were meant to do great things, so get up and start stretching. Find that reason why you want to feel better and I promise it will change your life forever.
As we age our exercise routines seam to change and so do the reasons for exercising. Exercise programs for older men, women and especially those with autoimmune diseases should provide physical activities that reduce the effects of aging.
Now, we do have to face the facts that we are aging (at any age), but let’s age gracefully, happier and healthier. After 40 your biological age starts to speed up and ages you faster so you add 6 months every year you age, we need to slow down this biological aging process. This is why exercise and choosing a healthy lifestyle is so important.
At this point it’s all about preserving and maintaining. We need to take control of our lives and start taking care of our health, if you don’t do it, no one else will do it for you. You will see that just making that first effort to get started and slowly progressing will help you build up your energy and soon you’ll be running circles around everyone.
