Suffering from stiff joints, fatigue, and low energy?

From the minute you open your eyes in the morning, your joints are stiff, your bones are hurting, you feel sluggish, fatigued and just wanting to stay in bed all day long. As you struggle to get up and make your way to the bathroom, you feel pain shooting through your stiff joints taking tiny steps until you’re able to get moving. When you finally manage to start your day, you head to the refrigerator and stand there wondering what the heck to eat. Nothing looks good because you know if you eat it, it will only trigger your symptoms. So you close that refrigerator door and decide to skip a meal out of fear of getting a flare-up and experiencing that excruciating pain or better yet ending up with an uncomfortable bloated stomach. To top it off you’re on all kinds of medications that make you feel even worse with no energy what so ever, so you just crawl back in bed and hope to get through another day.

Does this all sound familiar to you? I know because I experienced it myself. Many years ago I was diagnosed with lupus and then later rheumatoid arthritis. I struggled day after day with lots of pain and no energy, just trying to get through the best I could.  That was until I stopped feeling sorry for myself and decided to get real, make the effort to change my life, and do what I could to face these awful diseases head on. After doing a lot of research, I was so amazed with the many ways I could heal my body naturally. However, half the stuff I read was so complicated and some of the ingredients used were too exotic, I couldn’t even find them in the stores.

I felt like I was on a wild goose chase for products that seamed to not even exist. To top it off, I surely didn’t have the energy to go everywhere searching for them. I tried all kinds of crazy foods, teas and even supplements yet nothing really seamed to work. I kept trying many things I would come across, a few helped somewhat, others were just a waste of time, and then there were those that made me even worse. But, I didn’t give up, I continued until I could figure it all out.
